Patricia Prazeres
Certified Massage Therapist
For an appointment with Patricia Prazeres, call us at 514-934-2334, ext 286 or, if you prefer, we could call you.
A graduate of the Institut Kiné-Concept since 1995, Patricia Prazeres specializes in back and neck problems. Her approach is a mixture of softness and power that allows her to understand the body to act better and allow it to restore its own balance.
Her versatility allows her to adapt to a variety of clientele. From the great sportsman to the pregnant woman, she will know how to listen to your needs. She loves to work as a team and will not hesitate to recommend you to another professional if that is what you need. Her priority is the overall improvement of your health.
In 2001, she became interested in another, lesser known technique called Trager, a magnificent approach that frees body and mind. Through gentle and rhythmic movements, rocking, vibration, stretching, the body regains a great vitality and ease in movement. This approach is distinguished from others by its softness: no pain or discomfort is tolerated in Trager.
Graduated from the Accès Trager School in 2004, she was an assistant instructor and supervisor for 11 years. Her clinical experience has enabled her to develop a simple and imaginative way of working and explaining this approach.
Always on the lookout, she works to prevent pain to maintain your physical and mental balance. She will give you simple and effective exercises to enable you to make the most of life.
Her great listening, empathy and compassion makes her an experienced therapist who can only help improve your well-being.
